 Shipping

 

    FREE international delivery!

     After payment and measurements are confirmed, we will start making your items. It normally takes 1-2 weeks for dispatch. Please let us know if it is urgent, and we will do our best to make some arrangement for you.

   Unless you choose other shipping method, orders will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail™ Airmail. It normally takes 3-7 working days to reach you. In unlikely events, it may take longer, so it is highly recommended that you leave contact number with us for updates     

    Other faster delivery or signed for services (i.e. DHL, Parcel Force, FedEx, etc.) are available at checkout stage, and extra cost (approx $20) may be charged depending on destination.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

     

    We take seriously for the quality of every garment. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us so that we can solve the problem for you.

   Please make sure you see all the product photos and read the descriptions carefully before placing orders. Because we make custom size clothing, we will need your detailed measurements. Please refer to the guide for taking measurements, and we are always here to assist.

Here are some general rules for return & exchange:

   1) If you have given us the correct measurements but the garment does not fit, we can either cover your further tailoring fees, or do refund/exchange, at your option.

   2) Clearance items are not returnable if there is no quality problem.

   3) Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded  

  4) Non-fault item can be returned with a 20% re-stocking fee, because the item, which is custom made to your measures, may not be sold to other customers.

  ** Please feel free to ask for more photos or details before placing order, if you are not sure about an item.

   

     If you make an Alchemy/Bespoke order, then a non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged. Any adjustment made to item (i.e. pattern, fabric, special colour etc) will be taken as a bespoke order. As a result, No return will be accepted unless there is a fault on the item.

The procedures for returns and refunds

  1) The item must remain new and unused conditions. Please inform us by email within 3 days from the day after receipt

   2) After our confirmation, please sent the goods in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). We recommend using an insured delivery service. 

  3)  We will normally issue the refund within 7 working days, but please allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed.
